October 11, 2009 ...So the beer selection is all Pyramid. YOU COULD DO MUCH WORSE. Right next to SAFECO Field, it can get too buisy and too noisey. Fall and winter seasonal brews are exceptional (Broken Rake and Snowcap, respectively.) |

September 22, 2009 The location right by Safeco field is great for baseball fans looking for a place to chill out pre or post game. This fact causes issues for me, as I don’t go to games and I have to plan any visit to the place to not coincide with a Mariner’s Game, or deal with a big lack of parking. It can still be fun to go on game nights for the atmosphere, even if it means the place gets crowded. The service has been largely good each time I’ve been there, with one or two minor blemishes. The food’s pretty standard as brewpub food goes, but I’ve yet to have a bad experience. When it comes to the beer, Pyramid brews a solid line up, mostly of lighter beers. Out of what I’ve tried, the two I’m really not a fan of are the DPA and the Apricot Ale. My favorites so far are the winter Snow Cap and the summer MacTarnahan’s Grifter IPA. |

August 21, 2009 Wnt there before the M’s vs Yankees game about three hours before the game started. The waitstaff was awesome. All we did is drink beer (way too much but that’s on us). The food looked good. Really good vibe to the place. The beer was fresh and wicked good. Apparently if you are a Red Sox fan wearing a Red Sox hat you don’t even get beat up by the Yankees fans so high-five on that. The only thing I would say is that for a top-of-the-line microbrewery I was kind of surprised to only see about 5 or 6 beers available but maybe I had hyped it up too much beforedhand. Still a pretty good place to get a beer before the game. |

November 28, 2008 Huge spacious interior provides a cozy feel despite its size. Pretty good selection of Pyramid beers and there are tons of tvs everywhere showing whatever sporting events are on. Reasonable prices and decent food. Cheery service as well. Worth a trip. It would be interesting to see this place before or after a sports game. |

May 25, 2008 [ Updated September 16, 2008 ] A huge brew pub this was a great time. I was with the folks and my family. We ate drank and really enjoyed ourselves. I can’t imagine how busy this gets during game times I bet the service is super slow then. The beer was good the food excellent we really enjoyed ourselves. I wish they had better and more selections to choose from like some special beers one only can get at the brewery. |

March 15, 2008 A 10 minute walk from the Coast Guard base, so each time we pull in to port a lot of people from the boat go there. I’m not a big fan. Very commercial, just their beers on tap when I was there. Food is overpriced so I didn’t eat. |

September 25, 2007 Well-positioned for Safeco. I went twice - once in the afternoon to enjoy a quiet drink on the patio, and the other for some food just before the game (needless to say it was busy). Extensive selection of house brews on tap, and very decent and large portions of food. Ambiance was pretty good too. |

August 28, 2007 This place is large and open - and situated right behind the baseball stadium. The best part was that they had a parking lot (I got so tired of the incredibly expensive parking situation when driving around downtown Seattle - this was a welcome relief). We didn’t have food, so N/A rating there. The service was okay, the ambience was nothing special, and the selection was great - if and only if you were looking for Pyramid brews. That day, I was looking for house brews, and was happy that they could put together a sample of all their draft selections (10 of them). The samplers were a bit large (5 oz - I asked if I could get smaller ones, and they said, "no"). Luckily I had cohorts and none of the brews were very strong. Overall, so-so. |

July 31, 2007 Went here right before a Mariners game which turned out to be a pretty good time to go. They had beer out front with no waiting. Inside was packed but had a few more beer choiced. I’d go to this place anytime I’m back in Seattle. Mariners game or not. Next time I’ll try the food, cause it looked pretty damn good. |

May 17, 2007 Great place to cathc some brews and food before or after an M’s game. Can be prohibitively busy and a bit on the pricey side. Food is solid. Full range of pyramid brews. |
