Kind of a shame, not that I was looking forward to this place, but when you are on a trip and you have planned out a beer every couple of hours, this threw a wrench into the proverbial cog wheel. Big for sale sign out front, so after getting hassled about my hair by some old asshole across the street, I retreated to my truck and headed to Rock Springs

Very small spot hidden in downtown Evanston. The front part is a homebrew shop and the pub/restaurant is in the back. Wood everywhere... the beer was not that good, and they only offered 3 at the time. I had a pasta salad that was decent enough, and the staff was very helpful. I liked sitting next to the bookshelf, gave me a chance to look through some good beer travel books.
