“Posto accogliente visitato a pranzo quindi in un orario più tranquillo rispetto alla sera dove mi dicono si crei un bel ambiente molto amichevole.. selezione alla spina ben fatta con birrifici solidi anche della zona .. 2 frighi con roba sia hype che un po’ più ricercata .. la cucina propone piatti del giorno , hamburgers e altro .. prezzi più che abbordabili .. molto vicino a Canediguerra quindi facile la visita a tutti e due i posti !!!“

“The best is better - Beer-restaurant, quality food cooked with beers with a menu that changes every day, quality of food improved, only little quantity dishes; The food is good, but beers are fantastic, from all over the world, but expecially from italy; in last times thanks to Il Mago delle Birre there are one of the best beers in the world; expecially English, Germany, Norwegian and USA. A place to visit absolutely. 4 beers on tap, 1 at pump, at last one is italian and the others from all over the world. Probably the best place in Alessandria zone for beers and surely one of the best in Northern Italy. Unique interpretation of an Italian pub.“

“It gets a 10 for service because I don’t speak Italian and the gentleman running the place didn’t speak any English so we had to dance around to communicate... and it worked, and he gave me two free locally brewed beers. They had lots of Italian beers, great ones. A little on the pricey side, but I guess that’s the going rate. (A large bottle of My Antonia cost 10,90€, although perhaps that’s cheap, not sure.) Anyway, if you are nearby, definitely worth a stop. Lots of belgians and brewdogs and american beers too. Especially well situated if you fly into Milan and drive to Barolo, as it’s nice to have a nice beer or two up your sleeve after a few days of glorious wine.“
