“Made a first order here two weeks ago and though their website is modern, to the point and easy to use, I wasn't satisfied at all with their service: never received a confirmation e-mail, and got no notification whatsoever as to whether they had received the money and sent out the goods or not. After several complaints, the one answer I did get from this guy was that he was going to do the sending of the bottles on Wednesday - yet by Friday, the status of my order on their website still read "not sent". Suddenly received the goods on the following Monday though, eleven days after placing the order - most online beer shops are quicker than that especially within the same country... In terms of selection, though, this is not uninteresting, as Wallonia has seen a whole bunch of new micro breweries popping up in the past couple of years and this webshop apparently carries quite a number of them, amidst the usual, familiar suspects on the Belgian beer map of course. Yet, with this kind of service and lack of communication, I am still in doubt whether to order here again or not.“

“Decent webshop in BE, with a limited, but good amount of choices. Found some Walonian beers I hadn't found before. Quite satisfied. not all products were in stock, but we managed to work it out. At first I thought they were really, really slow, but the messages sent by the shop were sent to my Spam. So I can't say anything about the speed which they work at, since it might be much faster than I realized. prices were OK.“

“Visited 14 August 2011. At the Binchoise brewery. This is more of a restaurant than a bar. It is located near the ramparts of the ancient town defenses, in the original maltings of the brewery. Decorated with old enamel beer signs and old bits from the brewery. One of the brewery’s vessels greets you as you come in. Three keg beers and the Binchoise range in bottle, with the exception of the Belge for some reason. The food was good. I had sauteed veal with mushrooms and baked potato. There are beers to go, including the new, expensive XO. Note that it is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.“
