The assortment was a little bit disappointing, in my opinion. A lot of nowadays popular international breweries (e.g. Cloudwater, Uiltje, Brewski, Omnipollo, Mikkeller, Nothern Monk) that you can find in a lot of beershops. Although there are usually more different beers from each brewery over here. Not that many unusual to find breweries and beers. I was especially looking for Belgium beers and was hoping for some more beers from breweries like Alvinne, Fantome and Geuze / Kriek. Friendly staff. Overall a nice and large shop, pretty cheap (especially compared with Dutch prices) and worth a visit.“ |

Seems like they were expecting new supplies because some of the new beers I saw at online shops were missing, but the selection was extensive anyway. I've maybe expected some more lambics. Prices are good to excellent. Service could be a bit better, girls at the register were confused by some beer names so I had to explain how to find them in their system. Good glassware selection. Definitely worth visiting.“ |

It is always hard not to go over budget in this place. Also appreciate the huge glassware selection. This is not very common in Belgian bottle shop.
Only fault is sometimes the shelves can look a bit messy because so many people pass through.“ |

Dont forget to fill up the gas across the street, as it is way way cheaper than in the Netherlands. Crates of regulars are creating aisles, where the singles are stacked on the outer edge and across some tables. Very nice selection of several European popular craft and a handful of American gems. Sometimes a rare, but I guess you have to be lucky for that. Two Fifty Fifty Eclipses available when I was there for example. Very friendly service, typical Belgian kindness. Would definitely visit again.“ |

Apart from the usual, classic Belgian beers, this place boosts countless U.S., U.K., Scandinavian, Spanish and other craft beers, the prices of which are below average compared with other bottle shops selling similar products. Friendly girls at the counter too and very quick and correct service. Another staff member was serving small tastings of a new Belgian quad and was very knowleadgable about it. Since this only a 45 minute drive from where I live, it is beyond a shadow of a doubt they will be seeing a lot more of me in the future - in retrospect, I can only wonder what took me so long to get over there...“ |

When we were there they had a whole section of special winter and Christmas editions. Prices are great, cheapest I’ve seen anywhere. The place itself is nothing special, just a big warehouse. Service is good as well, but not everyone knows about beer. So, anything you can think of, they have it for a reasonable price. When in the neighbourhood, go check it out ... and make sure you have enough carrying space.“ |

Loads of standard Belgian stuff, but also a very big selection of American beers, Mikkeller, Dutch beers and other European countries. Lambic section is very focussed on the sweetened fruit lambics, though they did have a few Cantillon and 3Fonteinen as well. Service was friendly, but (understandably) not all the people there seem to knew something about beer. Some beers are not priced which is a bit weird, but prices are very very good, so it’s obviously not to surprise you at the register. One of the better beerstores in Belgium/Netherlands, it’s not Bierhalle Deconinck, but it’s still very nice.“ |

It’s a big hall with long stacks of crates and an enormous selection of craft beer in the back. I was overwhelmed by the huge offering of amazing beers, took me some time to acclimatize. They had it all, Mikkeller, To Øl, Nøgne Ø, The Kernel, BBnO, Napar, Struise, etc, etc. Even got a bottle of 3 Fonteinen Framboos. Prices are the lowest I have ever seen. Only 5 euro for a Goliath BA for instance. Staff is friendly and very helpful, I even got to taste a beer and they gave me a complimentary Nøgne Ø glass. Amazing store, I will surely visit again.“ |

it started out as a ’normal’ Belgian bottle shop, but since a couple of years it has everything a ’modern’ beer drinker wants. of course, the ’standard’ Belgian beers are all available there, but there are brands from all over the world represented now. think of caldera, flying dog, the lost abbey (!!), the bruery, to ol, evil twin, mikkeller, napar, de molen, brewdog, hoppin frog, beavertown, het uiltje, 8wired, clown shoes etc etc, beers from New Zealand, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, France, UK, US, Scotland, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands etc etc. but they also have microbrews from belgium itself, like alvinne, dvdk, struise, the winning brouwmarkt competition beers and local stuff like hilldevils. prices are pretty much the lowest in Belgium. also, the opening times are excellent. the only negative point of the place are not updated price tags or no price tags at all. - they rather immediately put new products in the store for you than make a price list and then put it in the store. so maybe its a good thing :P, although some older products still dont have a price tag - overall; the best shop Ive ever seen! only my wallet doesn’t seem to like it as much!“ |
