76 /100 2, AV. MORAND A nice restaurant with their own brew (that you can also buy on the little store). The food is very good, the beers are ok and the service is quite efficient (although because of the Tour de France was a bit delayed). Very nice and I will return. |
Owner are nice |
66 /100 Le Palais de la Bière (Bar) 10, RUE FRANÇOIS MITTERRAND A very friendly but odd ambiance, between a rough bar and a pub but an efficient service and quite nice list of beers, local and not so local. |
68 /100 Le Palais de la Bière (Bar) 10, RUE FRANÇOIS MITTERRAND In this region of France there’s close to nothing interesting Beer-wise. So this was a one-eyed king. The place looks OK and at least it was clean, which isn’t my first thing to look at, but an exception in most of France. The staff was very friendly and even did her best to speak back in English although I spoke to her in French. Guess we were both practising our foreign language. The selection of beers isn’t enormous or exceptional but they had some regional micro brewed beers and some good Belgian ones like Orval. The food is limited but I like the toasted bread roll with cheese and ham a lot. |
