“As we step down into the cellar, a slight musty aroma is what we first noticed, and the somewhat brash bright colours - blame the designers of craft beer cans for much of that. You head right past the beer menu panels on the way down - 12 taps, varied Polish craft brewers, some new to me. Tons of bottles and cans in the fridge too. Even though it's very very "craft", and I hate "craft", this was just giving off a doing-it-right vibe. The staff were friendly, and before we'd finished our first 4x150ml flight, I said "I think they've earnt themselves a can", as we'd brought some Estonian beers to share with places we liked - Marduk immediately responded "what took you so long?!". I think we gave them the pihtla ginger, and went back to our flights. 20 minutes later the staff member delivers to our table half a bottle of some well fancy Olymp high gravity local thing with a "we were having a tasting - have some". Cheers guys! I was right about the vibe. Must visit place in town.“

“Slightly commercial and sports-barry, but a fairly pleasant dark wood and carpetted interior. Some brewing equipment seemed to be visible too. Decent English spoken, and they have a 5x200ml sampler built into their menu (otherwise small was probably 300ml). Most of the beers were decent enough, but a couple had started to turn. Saw the most amazing new sport here on the telly, it's like volleyball, but played on a downward-curved pingpong table - with the feet! If a sports bar can provide me with that kind of experience, I'm certainly not going to mark it down for being a sports bar.“

“Slightly sterile, but pleasant little craft beer pub not far from the centre. Greeted with my kind of metal playing, and the playlist didn't shift from that the whole time we were here - all the classics were represented. Staff-wise, they were great, very friendly, and happy to offer little samples of things that we "might be interested in" - "oh, no, that imperial pastry sour from Arpus is totally not to my taste, I'll have something else" :) As you can deduce, the tap selection was crafty, but with 8 Zaklodowy taps and 8 guest taps, there's plenty to choose from. 200ml pours. I was forced to drink a "King Charlie", and we all agreed that Putin Ch**. Must-visit place in town for craft beers.“

“Pretty little brewpub and restaurant, a nice beer wall on entering, and with a beautiful view over the towers from the back terrace. Friendly and efficient staff. 5x125ml samplers served, and the beers were mostly pretty good - great desitka, and really solid BIPA. Food menu looked like decent pub food, but we didn't eat as we'd just stuffed ourselves in Sw. Michal. Nice place, definitely worth popping your head round the door.“

“Lovely summer terrace was popular, I didn't peek inside. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was good - the mixed grilled starter for 2 was too huge for 3 people. Beer flights of 4*120ml were very useful, we grabbed lots of ticks. Recommended.“

“Close to the Cracow gate. Quite old drity stinky aroma when walking in, but it disappears quickly. Fast service, English spoken and flights served. Nothing bad just bit boring you know. They did show sports on TV just in case for someone visiting in the future.“

“Closeby to the old town main square, not hard to find. Lovely craftpub. Atmosphere top notch. English spoken and they do 200ml portions. Half of the taps are from Zakladowy brewery and rest everything else. I like this place and when back in town will visit again.“

“Looking the old reviews and putting together my own experience they have made improvements. Location is in old town, can't miss it. They do tasting set and/or small size portions. We got 5 beers and all of them were decent quality. I won't probably remember them in the future, but it can be good thing. View is ofc excellent! Worth to visit, but ain't gonna lose anything if you don't.“

“Not hard to find, just look for castle and walk on some old city wall and you are there. It was very busy on Saturday evening and I saw people being denied to enter 'cause lack of empty seats. 31 taps indeed, but little variation on them. Should rebranded house beers considered as real beers? Dunno. They do flights! Food was awesome. We took soup as a starter and then mix meat plate which was huge! 3 of us were so stuffed that barely could walk after finishing it. Place to visit in Lublin.“

“12-тap menu stuffed with polish microbrews. Absolutely a beerspot. It is only two small blocks from city centre. Two rooms on central basement level and more further down. Small opening hours. I came a little hour after opening time a thursday, and here were only four guests. I worry about this place. Location can not be that bad. Walk 200 metres is easy.“

“Black patios from Browar Zakładowy on the outside. Beers a lot inside. Music from the 80s played when I visited. 8+8 taps. Half occupied by Zakładowa. Bar stools with padding in the bar room. Cardpay quick. Absolutely a beerspot.“

“Stylish old hotel building located two kilometres (6550feet) to the southeast from downtown. Big restaurant, high ceiling, vaults, padded golden chairs, waitress in ukrainian style. Three taps working. Some additional bottles. High price level. Delicious food and utterly sweet beers.“

“Chata - karcma (tavern) regionalna I read on the northern side of this chata (hut). Chata with blue script on street side. Mostly one floor two hundred year old building, and it is supposed to be an old small farmhouse. The wooden window frames, white stone walls, and wooden interior made me think about ukraine. Then I saw solyashnyky on the wooden bardesk, and yellow and blue balloons in thr ceiling. I had to weep. I wanted all dishes from menu but chose a porky one. And an ultra local beer.“

“Pętla Delikatesy Alkoholowe is located six kilometres (4mi) south of downtown. No car parking on busy big Abramowicka, but around the corner in Seweryna Sierpińskiego, I borrowed a spot nearby a Lewiatan. Pętla has focus on delikatesy, wines and liqueurs, but they have beers. I just could not pick any to myself.“

“Alkopone - funny mafia name. They open late. 11h. Car parking some spots nearby. Location is about 3 kms to the west from city. Range of beers is slightly more interesting than in a supermarket. Alkopone have many completely new beers, which one most likely can't find elsewhere.“

“Delikatesy Best Chorten is located five kilometres (3,197584362miles) from downtown Lublin. It has no obvious parking, and I improvised in the neighbourhood, hoping nobody got angry. Range of beers is quite good. Seems that Chain Chorten likes new beers with colourful labels. This shop has Facebook, but it is only updated once a month. https://www.facebook.com/delikatesybest “

“From Rynek (square) street Grodzska runs through the Old Town. This brewpub is located on it, and other beerspots. Five taps, plus bottles. Deska degustacyjna with four tastes. Amazing view from the backyard terrasse. I started with a tmavé. Super classic polish brewpub. Also possible to buy bottles-to-go.“

“Central location, where almost all doors lead to a pub or restaurant. Study the signs thoroughly so you get right in place. Downstairs. Despite basement, some phone signals. Vintage pop played. Normal chairs and dark brown tables. Most of the six taps were macro, but craft beers are promoted on blackboard. I got my Nook beer bottle, and a Murphy glass. Good food here, sheep, chicken, burgers. .“

“Browar Zakładowy - Wielokran is located on first floor (one staircase up) inside a big art and culture centre. Ten taps with their own beers. Bad phone connection because of all betong, so bring paper and pen. Almost all chairs are high barstools. Minmalistic interior. Beers are cold and aleright. Nice place to start, as they open early.“

“Small shopping house Rossmann with Piwowar on the upper level. Little busy shopping area in a suburb of Lublin. Outdoor staircase leads up to upper level. Piwowar is hidden to the left. Metal kegs from Lubelskie on the floor. Not overwhelming range of beers, but I found rarities. Cardpay visa went well.“

Seper rekomendacja i polecam kazdemu kto odwiedza Lublin i zamierza sobie pospacerowac ul. Grodzka, Nie Browar Grodzki, Nie Lublin tylko wlasnie to magiczne miejsce. St. Michal will be Proud, Recomended places for anybody.“

“Maly ciasty brew pub, ale z pieknymi widokami bo polozony w centrum na lekkim wzgorzu. widac zamek i panorame Lublina. Co do obslugi to niezbyt byla rozgarnieta, obsluguja w korytarzu, w dodatku tylko dostepne dwa piwa butelkowe, i na jednym nie mieli nawet etykiety, tlumaczac mi ze sie skonczyly. Piwa drogie, za drogie jak na jakosc, a bez etykiety powinno byc przynajmniej tansze. Porazka. Sa inne ciekawsze miejsca w Lublinie.“
