“Nice "Cafe" in old style furnisher, impressed of selection in what I will call a small cafe with nice cake/bisquit selection. They had 10 beer on tapp and about 20 bottles/boxes in the selection. Mostly only local beer from Skudenes bryggeri, En Liten øl and Lervig. Nice to see then go for local breweries and not the bad Ringnes or Hansa selection. Thumb up for this place. Visited 19.02.2023 with collegue.“

“A new cafe and bar in the same building where Kormt Brygghus had their brewpub before they closed down. More or less the same interior. Cafe style and a popular place to enjoy ice cream, coffee og simple food during daytime. Turns into a bar in the evening. Opens early since it is a cafe and beer from tap is available. 9 taps with beers from Skudenes, En Liten Øl and 7 Fjell. Also some bottles from Skudenes. A flight with four beer is available. Not bad for a cafe in a small town! I only enjoyed an ice cream in the sun at the patio in front. (Visited September 25th 2021)“

“Normally there is only a bottle shop outlet for Skudenes Bryggeri, open Friday and Saturday. All beers from Skudenes up to 4.7% are available in bottles or growlers. Some more local breweries from Rogaland are also present with a few bottles. In this industrial area, the nearby Rema 1000 grocery store also has a decent selection from Skudenes Brygghus. But, most important; every first Friday of the month, the brewery is open between 16.00 and 19.00. This event is called "Fredagspraten" There is a bar upstairs with all beers available. Drink in house only. 4 taps at my visit and a fridge with all bottles brewed by Skudenes. The brewer use to hang around this evening. When you enter upstairs, you first see the bar and a small sofa lounge. The office to the left and a larger room with a long table in a inner room. The latter was full so I sat in the sofa by the bar. Very friendly service and the brewer spent some time with visitors to talk about beer. After spending three hours here many also chose to visit Kormt Brygghus a 20 minutes walk to downtown Skudeneshavn. Kormt have open the same weekend as Skudenes Bryggeri. A great combo! “Managed to arrange a tour of the brewery which was interesting. Also have their own hops growing at the back for one of their Christmas beers. Decent selection of their beers, some also in nice growlers. Prices OK for Norway.“
