Awen Brew Pub (Restaurant)
1 RUE GILLES GAHINET
“Last Saturday late afternoon at Vannes ! Nice brewpub & restaurant ! 6 beers on tap from their brewpub Arwen, 3 beers from NAO and 5 beers from Coreff (regional brewery). Nice. They also propose beer/food pairing. I tasted their IPA with a Poke bowl. Not amazing but very interesting. Worth the visit :)“

Valseuses (Bar)
10-12 RUE PORTE PORTERNE
“Bar immense, lieu incontournable des soirées vannetaises. Une dizaine de becs mais peu de rotation, il s'agit essentiellement de bières de la brasserie Palm (Estaminet, Steenbrugge, Palm,...) mais sur 2-3 becs cela tourne un peu plus et on peut retrouver de la craft.“

“Wonderful bar/grocery store/bistro on the small scenic island of d’Arz in the golf of Morbihan, 30 mins by regular boat from Vannes. Once off the boat, hire a bike (you can cycle around the whole island) or walk along the main rd and you will see the cafe sign pointing towards the village of Penero. They serve 3 or 4 Breton beers from the keg, and from what I saw of the food, it is well worth reserving a table a t busy times. Lovely layed back island ambiance.“

Valseuses (Bar)
10-12 RUE PORTE PORTERNE
“Large but cosy bar in the town centre close to the market hall (Les Halles). This is mainly a Palm outlet, so don’t expect too much excitement, but well kept Palm standards on tap at a reasonable price. Regular good live music, nice terrrace.“

“A cosy Irish style bar near the town hall in Vannes. On my visit there was Coreff and two beers from brewary An Alarc’h (Huelgoat) on hand pump and a few other locals on keg.“
