“We visited here Saturday 12th March 2022, we were staying at the camper van parking places by the Donau/Danube. This place is very centra l so super easy to find. Outside there are three cable car pods, these provide some seating for 4 people and are probably a great idea in inclement weather, I think that I read somewhere that they are in place between October and April. Inside it appears to be two rooms, both are fine for eating and drinking but the one to the left where we were seemed more geared to those just drinking and playing cards. Both rooms were pretty much full, there was traditional music being played and there was also a Starkbierfest, what I didn't realise is that tradition dictates that these will only feature the one strong beer from that brewery, so I had the Weizen Doppelbock and Loz had the regular Weiß, both were very good. We really liked the atmosphere, staff worked tirelessly. It was very Bavarian and whilst I didn't take a look at the beer choice as I simply opted for the Weizen Doppelbock, I suspect that the core beers from Herrnbrau would be available.“
