The service was amazingly fast and efficient but also impersonal. The pork knuckle was fantastic. Really, you should pay Im Dom a visit just to try out that one. The beer was served too cold and it was everything but fresh, with the tartness destroying the flavour. And keep in mind that they only brew one beer. The waitress speaks English and the service is very friendly, and she tries to help my questions. Unfortunately they brew regularly only one beer now, although it’s one of the best Altbier I had; apparently they brewed in 2013 a version of Altbier that was a bit stronger and sold in 1L bottles; they also brew the Gold, but it’s available in the biergarten in the summer or for groups in 10L partyfass only.“ fiulijn 3822 days ago

One medium-sized tap-room and a smaller side-room for non-smokers, half-panelled, not too dark. In the backyard - enclosed by bare walls - You may find something what is euphemistically called "beer-garden". After a break of 35 years brewing resumed here in 2008.
