“First off, this can be a challenge to find. No signage to speak of except a small one on the door. Just past 14th and D street there is a large old building on the left - the brewery is behind a wire/rock wall all the way on the left side of the building. Once I found it, everything was golden. Selection of their own beers. They don’t have food themselves but a restaurant next door will bring food directly to you in the pub. Really pleasant place.“

“Down a small flight of stairs to an L-shaped table are surrounding a 5-seat bar. Workers (even those who have clocked out for the day) were ALL attentive and interested in our response to the brews. Flights available (6-8oz each) for a low cost. The only downside is the brews themselves. All are somewhat heavy in the stomach, and there is a "central" flavor of that seems to permeate them all. This venture is working so far; I look forward to visiting again.“

“For a liquor store advertised as "payless," this is a very nice place to stop when traveling through Richmond. They have the usual micro and craft brewers as well as several local and regional brewers from Indiana and Illinois including Three Floyds.“
