“Wow, I'm so happy that we added this as an afterthought stop. Perhaps the best brewery I've visited in Alaska! A small little place, not far off the highway into Palmer, but wonderfully neat, tight and well maintained. This is reflected in the absolutely artful brews we tried, ALL of which were A+. If I didn't have to drive anywhere, I'd stay all night. If I wasn't catching a flight home the next night, I'd have bought every sample of packaged items they offered. I'll be back next time I'm in Alaska! Brewery#917.“

“Small brewery near State fair location. not much room in tasting room. Maybe 20 people total. Little parking on street. Typical small brewery feel. Grouchy service. Artifical tasting grapefruit IPA. Limited amount of beers currently.. Had growlers and large format take away. NO thanks“

“Literally on a working farm. Was a good 20 feet from a couple of cows. In a barn with a couple of tanks and a handful of barrels. Food truck next to barn with some tables. Coffee porter was very good, Gose was also good but had too many botanicals for me. Bought a BA barleywine from there. More expensive than Anchorage Brewing. Drink a beer and hang out with farm animals. Different. “

“Small and industrial with picnic tables outside with nice mountain views. Only six beers on tap when we visited. For dedicated brewery fanatics only.“

“Nano brewery in a barn, on a farm. There are cows, tractors, hay bales, and beer. Sample flights available.“

“Small barn style nano brewery that have an extreme take on beer. With their current small 1 barrel system, it allows them to experiment. The brewers are very informative and free to let you know what they are doing. Currently they do not growler because they don’t want to run out of beer quickly, but they will in the future. Local enough to me that I will be there trying their new offerings.“

“Located just beyond the Alaska State Fairgrounds is another new(ish) Alaska brewery. The tap room is small with seating for about a dozen but this is winter so there may be outdoor seating during the summer. There were about 6 beers on tap and several available to-go in 22-ounce bombers. The artwork is nice and they offer board games to pass the time while enjoying some beer.“

“Nice location at the foot of the mountains, but no view from the brewery, hidden in an industrial area. Tiny tasting room up front. Friendly, helpful server. Beers were OK, no German styles when we visited, which is fine with me. Flights available. Restroom outside and around the corner.“

“Tiny warehouse brewery with German brewer. The beers weren’t all that great but if you’re in the area (such as coming off the incredible Hatcher Pass drive), it’s worth popping by.“

“Recently opened in the small rustic Alaskan town of Palmer, this place is happening. Had to wait 20 min for party of 2. The bar seating never emptied for the 2hrs I was there. Food is monstrous portions and very good. The 45 taps carried many different varieties/styles, however lacked some of the better Alaskan breweries. There is no other place I would go in Palmer for craft beer, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go there either.“

“Stopped by here since I live half hour away. The tasting room is small, one table 6 chairs and 5 taps. The brewer Stephen is extremely nice; however I fear to nice for people to complain about some of the beers being off. I hope with time it gets better. I wouldn’t make a large trip of it, but if your in Palmer you might as well check it out.“

“What can one say. The beautiful mountains in the back ground animals all over the drive was perfect. The place was easy to find and the beers well are pretty much very tasty. Loved the small tap room and the brewer Steven is super nice. This is going to be a place to watch grow into a force in the Alaska beer scene.“
