“Decent size taproom offers 16 different brews with a decent range of styles, though half the selections were IPA’s or IIPA’s when I visited. Offer cans and half liter bottles to go. Lots of parking and outdoor seating in season. Friendly staff is knowledgeable of beer selections. Just off Route 31 north.“

“Hopping spot. Dog friendly. Parking lot was crowded, so was inside. Flights available. Beers average, at best.“

“Visited right after Conclave, 7/1/17.
Cool looking place. Very new and clearly with some money behind them. Got a nice spot outside to relax and enjoy the beers. Some of the beers were really good. Some of them were only okay. Nice people working here. Definitely a fun spot and nice visit.“

“Visit date: 7/1/17
Got a quick stop off here just about 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday afternoon. Small industrial park brewery with bar for beer sales and growler fills up front and a small seating area in the back by the tanks. Fairly crowded, but a nice group of people. Weren't here long enough to try more beer unfortunately, but I really liked the couple I tried. Definitely plan to return. “

“Stopped by here on a busy Holiday weekend. Nice to see the line for people filling growlers (I was lucky to have a table in the back to kick back and enjoy). Very small inside and typical small industrial park tasting room. Beers solid and above average. Worth a stop and a repeat visit!“

“Nice brewery adjacent to the Flemington Outlet Stores area. Great people...very friendly service. Some nice décor touches along with a sizable loft. Twelve beers on tap when I visited...tried 2 flights of four. I thought the SMASH Mouth Ale & Rye Pale Ale were very good. Also worth trying were the APA, Red Farmhouse Saison, and Dry Irish Stout w/coffee. Unfortunately the West Coast IPA was a little off...but overall I came away with a good impression of their beers even if none were truly standouts. This is a nice stop if shopping in the outlets...or passing by on Rt 202.“

“Nice startup brewing...as of this past summer. They are in a small industrial park...and just a small space at this point. The beers however are "very" good for a startup. Of course there weren’t many yet when I visited...only 4 that day...an Espresso Milk Stout, Saison, Mexican Morning (spicy pepper beer), and a Mosaic Saison. The people there were very friendly and helpful. I took a tour and they answered al my questions. I recommend a visit. I am hopeful they will continue to get better and to expand their offerings.“

“Brand new brewery. Went on opening day. Only had four beers on, but they just opened. The quality of the four beers was better than most new NJ breweries. They had two farmhouse saisons, espresso milk stout and a chili pepper/cinnamon/vanilla bean stout. Solid beers all around. I expect big things from this little brewery. For comparison, the beers reminded me a little of Kane, but still need to be dialed in a touch. $2 for a 4 ounce sample. Friendly staff.“

“This was kind of out in the middle of no place a few miles after getting over the Tappen Zee Bridge heading west. I was actually making a gas stop but this place was across the street. A stand along building with off street parking. Apparently one of several stores owned by this company. A liquor store with a public restroom. But I found a few New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia crafts here along with a wide array of Belgians and other regional beers. Modest pricing. I needed to add the place so I could rate a few of the beers I bought there. Not a bad place and a great stop if you happen to be out that way. Actually right on the Clinton NJ town line.“

“Affiliated with Little Brothers Beverage Outlet in Flemington, Central Liquors is an outstanding wine retailer with a phenomenally deep wine inventory. Better bottle selections at the outlet, but Central is the primary location and offers growlers as well as a decent bottle selection.“

“Wow. I was quite unaccustomed to the American beverage outlet. They probably had 600 different beers here and tons and tons of sixers and cases. Lots of European singles and nice American bombers but my only criticism would be that they had very few singles, so you’d have to buy six packs to try them. I found that quite annoying but perhaps normal in New Jersey...“
