“This place has not been reviewed in 10 years, but it is still going strong, and apparently continuing to do what it has been doing. It is funny to read reviews that complain about a beer bar carrying Magic Hat and Butternuts on tap. I did not see any of those, but among their 8 taps were a few interesting surprises - brews from NYC, Long Island, Maine, and elsewhere. It is worth a look if you are in the area. They have a good-sized menu of good quality pub food, in addition to a dozen cans and 8 taps - and no Magic Hat or Bud Light in view. The backyard deck is a nice place to sit when the weather is warm.“

“Always a decent selection of brews with new small-time micro’s rolling in every now and then. Brooklyn Brewery and Smuttynose are a mainstay on the menu with a selection from the Hamptons and Upstate NY. The panini’s cannot be beat, thus why they won best sandwich in NY. The crowd is sort of typical of New York, Queens area with an assortment of groups but generally the low key sorts. Love this place but if your looking for a large selection, this is not where it is at.“

“Selection is typical, easily accessible brews. They always have Butternuts Outrage, and some Magic Hat, Smuttynose, and things along these lines. The panini sandwiches are pretty tasty though. The crowd is awful also. In the evenings it’s full of Bayside guidos with the tweased eyebrows asking for "a Bud Light bro." Only come here if you’re very hungry during lunch time and you’re right outside, for the food, not the beer.“
