“I really enjoyed this place. Taproom is small, just a handful of stools at the bar, but the outdoor space is better with a giant tent with lots of tables plus some sunny tables too. Beers were very tasty and very creative, available in flights and staff were generous with samples, good funky stuff. Permanent food truck with tasty food. Worth going out of your way to visit.“

“Nice, dimly lit, cozy taproom. Cool bar and stools, and a nice, well-worn decor. The bartenders were friendly and knew their beers well. In addition to their flagships, they had a bunch of oddities and rarities, which were fun. The price are pretty high, especially the $18 flight of 5. This is a fun spot, with good beers and fun people. Worth the visit, especially if you're in the area.“

“Overall I really enjoyed this brewery with a wide selection of beers and pricing to match. I love that they have some low ABV beers at very low pricing point. I go here every time I’m in the area...really enjoy it.“

“The building on this gravel road in Poncha Springs is quite large, but most of the space is the brewery. The tasting room is quaint with wooden furnishings and little frills. There is a nice patio outside. They had a wide selection of beers with a lot of higher alcohol stuff. I find Elevation’s catalog to be up and down in quality. But chances are you’ll find something great. They had a food truck out front which was unexpected for this remote locale. I have a theory that it may reside there most of its time. I just wanted to get off the road briefly and relax with a beer. Mission accomplished.“

“Easy stop outside of Salida, it’s a medium-sized modern brewery that offers on tap mostly what you can find in Denver and Boulder already. Quality for this picky beer drinker is inconsistent, but I found a draft glass of the Tripel to be clean, phenolic, peppery, and dry. The brewery does not stay open past 8 in agreement with businesses in Poncha Springs, it’s not a place to drink for the night, so visitors seems to be a mix of road trippers and cycling tourists from Salida. No kitchen.“

“Gotta stop at Elevation when your in this neck of the woods. There is a great, diverse beer selection. They have authentic syrups for their excellent Berliner Weisse, including Woodruff. Their porter and IPA are excellent. Some of their Belgian’s are fantastic and pack a punch. Great ambience.“
