A classic dive bar styled brewpub. Their beers were pretty good and lots of seasonals available. Pre-selected samplers only, though. Didnít try the food here.

Swank little place in Capital Hill. Ordered food cuz it looks GOOD. They preselect the 5 flight tasters, which is sort of a drag. 13, my lucky number, taps of house brews.

Stopped by for lunch on Monday 27/05/13 - Memorial Day prior to grabbing a taxi to SEATAC for the red eye home. The place is a little rough and ready decor wise, kind of a dive bar field, nothing like the highly polished Elysian Fields that Iíd lunched in on my previous Seattle visit. The place was fairly busy and the service was good - we got one or two samples and taster flights are available. Just had the burgers for lunch and they were decent. Beer wise, all Elysian aside from one New Belgium beer that I believe had been brewed at Elysian, beers were solid enough and a good range of styles. Plenty of bottles from other brewers in the fridge but didnít really explore here much. Overall a solid stop and well worth it if you want to tick some Elysian beers. If you are with your wife or girlfriend and want something a little more upscale - head to Elysian Fields.

More of a dive bar feel to a restaurant. Small bar area and a lot of tables. Very spare looking restaurant. Food was excellent. Sweet Potato Curry and pork tacos were quite good. Their own taps plus some selected outside bottles. Had 3 different barrel aged beers on tap and a black wheat whine. Just outside of the Seattle CBA and pretty easy to find. Really nice beers and food.

A fairly popular brewpub near downtown Seattle. Although they have a large national recognition, it felt like a quaint brewpub. They have 4 regulars on and 4-6 seasonals, which are usually pretty tasty (Pumpkin IPA, IPA, guava IPA). Occasionally they may have 1 guest tap on. The food is quite good - I had an excellent curry schnitzel and my husband had the pork chile verde which was also really good. Overall - lots of seasonals which are quite tasty and an excellent food menu. A must stop in Seattle.

Pleasant spacious pub with a bunch of Elysian seasonal brews on the go. I picked a good time and it wasnít that hectic here, thus easy to get served. Fucken pumpkin beers being poured like itís going out of fashion. All good, it was nice to pop by for a beer and gander.

I have not always been all that impressed by the Elysian beers I bought in bottle form, but I must say that the four ales Iíve tried at their main location on Pike have all been very satisfactory. Itís probably one of these places which really deserves a visit to its core to truly appreciate. Otherwise, the place itself is a large half-bar, half-restaurant of urban stature that I canít say was immediately all that appealing yet it seemed fairly popular. The selection of Elysian beers is very impressive, plenty of their offerings Iíd never heard of. In my experience, this was the top brewpub in the city, but I certainly donít count the brewpub as a tap American brewpub Mecca. We had dinner and found food to be on par with most brewpubsí - this was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a notch of two above in what should be an all-out quality joint.
