Iíve ordered from Austin Homebrew in the past, but finally got to stop by. Industrial lot space. Very large homebrew store and shipping area. Hugely expansive selection of both ingredients and equipment. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Easily one of the better homebrew stores in the country.

Short and sweet review- dropped by yesterday to get some CO2 carts filled, and was extremely impressed. Selection for homebrew supplies- if they donít have it (which I highly even doubt that), chances are they can get it for you. Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. Prices are well within reason. And itís a five minute drive from the house. Now if I only had the time to get back into homebrewing...

This is the best homebrew shop iíve been to in the country!!! OK, iíve not been to any of the other big boys. But this place is pretty cool, and the folks will spend the time you want with you... Very knowledgable... very giving with there time. Wish this was closer... wish I lived in Austin.

The staff is well-versed in brewing and happy to share info and tips. Good selection. Prices seem reasonable, especially considering the supplies are readily available and you donít have to wait/pay shipping. Theyíll have my business as long as Iím in Austin.

They have just about everything you need for a price. The experienced staff here will help you with whatever you need or direct you in your adventures in to homebrewing with advice. They have some of the freshest supplies around also.

I am an Austinite that got interested in brewing beer so this place is like a gift from the gods. Everyone is cool and willing to answer my stupid questions. I was in the new store the other day. I was running late so I got there just before 6. I was looking around while they filled my order. I donít know if it was planned (it had to be) but at about 6 the background music changed to "Hit the Road, Jack." Much respect.

I recently got into homebrewing and ordered much of my equipment from the online store these guys have. The selection of equipment/products/ingredients these guys have is great. I have not ordered any ingredients from them yet (I got them from Midwest instead), but all of my equipment (carboy, kettle, etc.) came from Austin. I got quick confirmation emails and updates regarding my orderís status. The order arrived pretty quickly, which is great because I went with the regular ground shipping option. I feel that particular point needs to be elaborated on...these guys offer a flat rate of $7.99 shipping on all orders (assuming you are patient enough to go with ground shipping). This is especially helpful if youíre ordering heavy items such as glass carboys. Everything arrived intact (as I would hope) and there was nothing missing either. Definitely a great store and I will keep ordering from them in the future.

A very fun store to visit. AHS guys all know what theyíre talking about and are a great help to find what you need or just to figure out how to brew something. They know their way around mead and wine, too, which is a plus. They have a massive selection of supplies and everything they have is very well-stocked - Iíve never had issues finding the ingredients I want. Prices are pretty reasonable on most things, although a few things are higher than they should be. This is a smart beer store, and itís always a pleasure to visit and explore.

Recently made my first order from Austin Homebrew Supply. It was a great experience. It took a few minutes to get familiar with the website. The grains are divided into bulk and smaller orders areas, and your promted to order grains in recipe groups. Once I figured it all out ྯ minutes) it was a pretty well designed site. I entered my recipies (down to the ounce, a money saver), and they milled them into a single bag. I was making 2 complex recipies, and I had to make no substitutions (which is a common headache for me). $7.99 shipping if your not in a hurry saved me as well. I will definetly use Austin for my next grain order.
