Stopped by this place to pick up some things earlier this week. The place actually had quite a few customers, which was good to see. Not a very big store, but they seemed to make pretty good use of space. It looked to have just about everything you would need to brew, including fresh yeast. I had been ordering most of my supplies online but this place has most of what I need, so Iíll be back. Plus you donít have to worry so much about the viability of your yeast if you get it here rather than wait for it in the mail with the 100*+ temperatures.

Chuck is a great guy, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I went in not knowing anything, and I have sense brewed several successful brews. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to answer questions, offer advice, etc. Realy good selection of beginner kits and magazines. Two downsides: because itís a pretty small place with limited size to store stuff, theyíre often out of different grains if you just show up at the store. And, also because itís a small store, I wonder about the freshness of their products (last time I was there, I got home with a bag of flaked oats that, upon further inspection, was full of bugs). That said, that one bad experience wonít keep me from giving them another shot.

Great staff can answer any questions they are not pushy, the dont try to sell equipment that you donít need. The owner talked me out of some equipment because he said it was not really that important, too me that lends trust. Great advice as well.

Small shop in a bad neighborhood, but the owner and his son do a great job as really the only brewshop in the area, along with their store in Norman. The owner is the former President of the High Plains Draughters, one of Oklahomaís homebrew clubs. Heís a brewing encyclopedia... anything you have questions about he pretty much can answer. They sell kegs of all sizes, starter kits, homebrew recipe kits, books and magazines, and usually have a good rotation of malt extract and a large collection of yeast and hop varieties.
