Do not waste your time in this place, the selection is nothing more than ridiculous and the staff doesn’t have the slightest idea of what the craft beer is.

In the Vatican neighbourhood. This is a special beer store. Right next to the subway station that takes you to the Vatican. So if you visit Rome you will most likely walk by this place. A bit hard to find because it is a basement and you need to look down to see the sign that is below your waist level. Walking in and out is dangerous. Anybody over 5 feet tall will bang his head. They put a big warning sign but I still banged my head on my way out. The inside is one of the coolest little beer store I’ve seen. Quiet atmosphere (almost religious-like). Most beer are stored inside classy wood cellars. Very nice. Selection is unfortunately mostly Belgian brews. Only a few Italian beers. And honestly there was nothing in the selection of 200+ Belgian bottles that excited me. A hard place to review. For a Roman local this is a pretty nice beer store to get his Belgian beer hook-up. For the beer tourist who has access to Belgium beer (like most north-americans) this place is really not worth the detour.
