I stopped in for a liquid lunch. Located on the river walk, it has a very nice view of the river with outdoor seating. Ambiance is your typical Old Chicago chain. Food is your typical chain quality stuff- pizza, wings, etc. The selection here is not bad at all. About 20 taps with some rotating seasonals. Bottle list has la nice amount of midwest representation. I grabbed a Left Hand Widdershins on tap. Since it was not busy, the bartender was friendly enough to chat. If you are at the convention center and need a beer break, this is a short walk.

Good location on Peoria’s historic riverfront. Not much seating, so there is usually a wait after 6pm. Excellent bottle selection and solid rotating draft selection. HOWEVER, the staff does not know their beer. Simple questions require the server to leave the table and return with an answer. And these aren’t complicated "beer geek" questions. They have trouble telling you what beer is on draft. The menu lists "LEFT HAND BREWING SPEICAL" or "SCHLAFLY SPECIAL", and the waitress is unable to answer without checking with the bartender. The waitresses are young, cute, and friendly, but they just don’t know their beer (they probably aren’t old enough to even drink). Good place to find almost anything you want to try! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Better beer knowledge compared to the joint on Grand prairie. Better layout than its sister in town. Each time I have gone there for lunch it was closed...that was a bit surprising. Forced me to go to Hooters! Cheers,

My college friends and I used to frequent this location when we would head to Peoria for good beers. This OC has better selections than most-Bells, Avery hog heaven, Goose Island, Arcadia, Founders, and many other great midwest brews. I was impreseed and the location has a really cool view of the Illinois River!
