Due to limited suitcase space I didn’t buy much here, but I’d sure like to. Prices are nice, at least from a Norwegian point of view, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The interior doesn’t look very fancy, but it’s quite organized and it’s easy to find what you need, even without the staff pointing you in the right direction.

Just went there earlier today, they seem to have everything you need for both the novice brewer all the way to the advanced brewer. Staff was very eager to help and seemed knowledgeable.

Just purchased my first set of home brewing equipment and can’t wait to use it. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. I’ll be back as soon as batch #1 is in bottles.

I stopped by here in 2006/7 to check the place out. I’m a homebrewer from out of town and knew I didn’t have enough room on the plane or I would have bought something. They have a nice selection of malts, hops, yiest, supplies, etc.... I picked up a copy of a few recipes but other then that service seemed ok. Good value for any homebrewer and should always glad to have shops like this around your community to save on shipping. The conversations of homebrewing should be the real value as you pick up tips along the way.

The go-to place for homebrewers in Houston. Very helpful staff, and they feature different types of brew kits for almost any need or budget. Forget Mr. Beer; go to DeFalco’s and get your money’s worth.

If you make beer or wine I feel this is the best place in Houston. Helpful, knowledgeable and have most of what you’ll need to brew. Usually have two beers on tap too...which is nice.
