Maybe not worth coming here unless you want to tick off the experience, but I enjoyed it. They have a couple of taps and a handpump but that wasn’t on when I was there. The Weizen tasted better here than it has anywhere else so that’s a plus. I wanted to get a Minoh glass and fancied seeing the place so thought it was worth the trip and was not disappointed. Pretty small space with just a few seats at the bar, so I guess you are not really supposed to spend a long time here, but was good to pop in for a couple and get my glasses. They were happy to get me a bottle of the seasonal from out back to drink there so that was nice. Good prices too, and free nuts. Almost certainly can drink a bigger selection of Minoh beers at one of the beer belly bars but worth it for the experience.

I am surprised no one added this place yet. Up in north Osaka you’ll find the Minoh Brewery which has an on-site bar. There you can get pretty much whatever beers they are currently making. If not in the fridge then they’ll grab it from cases in the back but they may have to label it for you! Prices are slightly lower than in shops as you are getting the beer at the source and they have a few taps to enjoy some draft beer with some complimentary peanuts. The atmosphere is great with tons of
Minoh Beer gear for sale, books on beer to read and lots of flyers/business cards about beer places all over Japan. The staff was friendly too. It may not be worth a special trip but if you live in Kansai it is definitely worth going to take a look at where Minoh is made. Plus nearby you can go for a walk in the woods and see a waterfall. All in all a good day out. Nearest station: Makiochi station
