Just a five minute walk from the center of town, or they have their own parking lot if you need to drive. Long bar to the left, restaurant tables to the right that were salvaged from an old church. Lots of artwork all around. Open kitchen churning out really tasty food, much from animals that roams the plains. Seven of their own beers on when I visited, available as flights of four for $8, or full pours. All their beers were solid, with a few really interesting ones, such as a very tasty chili cocoa concoction. A variety of bottles from the region as well. Great service, fun clientele. Brewer and owner were both at the bar, fretting nervously about the first ever ND brewers fest the next day (they didnít need to worry, it was great). Owner Dan gave us a tour of the brew house, a very small set-up supplemented with tons of neat jury-rigged contraptions. Fun place.

A roomy place that I stopped in for a paddle before catching a flight. It was nearly empty but quite a few staff on, helpful and friendly. All beers damped were pretty decent and looks like they have some interesting seasonal ones.

I moved to Minot a few weeks ago and Iíve already been here more than any other place (other than work). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There have been 5 house beers on tap all of the times I have been here, with a few very good ones. Growler fills available. The food is top notch; elk/bison burgers, elk chili, rutabaga and bacon mashed potatoes, I havenít had a bad thing yet. Tops for Minot!

Great little place. The service was excellent, their were only 5 available taps and the beers were pretty good. Decent beer list. The food was really good and would go back for that alone. Definitely worth the stop.

Cool brewery in Minot. Gorgeous wood bar and neat decor. Ordered an Elk burger which was interesting to see. Nice selection of most of their tap beers although some were out. Also, they donít do flights so I only got to try a couple. Other than that definitely worth a stop.

Good location just a few blocks off Broadway in Minot. Part of the town that saw extensive flooding two years ago... where I sat would have been under water to the rafters. Nice renovation of the building includes use of some salvaged materials and an industrial theme/modern brewpub motif. Theyíre set up for maybe 8 house beers on tap and had 4 while I was there. No growler fills yet as they arenít at capacity to fill addtional orders outside of in-house comsumption. Another 20-30 bottles of craft available. Menu looked good, albeit a bit pricey. Par for the area while the oil boom continues... the surprise was the service. Friendly and engaging, along with a good knowledge of the house food and beer. One of my friends lives a few blocks from here and says its been busy since they opened six months ago. Definitely a cool hangout for the locals. Iíll be making this a regular stop whenever Iím in the area.
