70 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 13/20
Was driving back from a meeting in St Paul, and caught this out of the corner of my eye. Based on the signage, I was expecting a brewery or brewpub, not necessarily a brew your own beer store. Despite this, I stayed and chatted with the guy working about the concept, and everything seemed really well organized and exceptionally clean. If I lived in the area, I would certainly give this place a whirl. Due to MN laws, this is not a tap room, and you can not get samples of the Vine Park beer. However, growlers and six packs are available to go. Selection rating of 9 is based in the huge book of recipes they have to choose from + available ingredients, not necessarily based on what was available to go.
70 = ★★˝ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time)
I only use the total score, not the component parts.

Been here twice brewing my own beer and had a great time. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The bottling process is more like a tailgating where there are multiple groups there sharing beers and cooking food. Price was very reasonable and the beer is solid.

Cool spot to brew your own beer or buy stuff they’ve already brewed and bottled. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the bottling experience is the really fun part - "a little for the bottle, a little for the bottler" :) You can pick from about 50 different beer recipes, and each batch will get you in the ballpark of 72 bombers of beer. Bring friends.
