Great place for you home brewing supplies but donít expect to see many bottles/cans. If your willing to shell out the bucks you can get pony kegs, but that may be too much commitment for some. Have any Qís about making your own and they probably have an answer.

Nice little store. Decent bottle selection but not as good as others have mentioned when I visited. All the usual stuff of a homebrew store plus beer for sale. How can you go wrong with that?

After living in Spokane for many years and driving past Jimís a million times, I didnít know that they sold beer and wine until I read it on RB! <rb>
Visiting for the holidays so I decided I would take some beer home with me. They have a large selection of Belgian, IPAís and stouts. Many bombers and 12oz bottles.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Jimís Home Brew is a premier home brew supply house. The staff are very knowledgeable and can help you with all your questions. They also stock a great and varied selection of beers from microbreweries to imports that can not be beet in the Spokane area. You can count on Jimís Home Brew to have something that you have not tried every time you walk in.

Visited Jimís this past week. Great place for brewing items, and not too bad of a selection of beers. A bit pricey, but they had some good Belgians and Germans. Iíll keep visiting til I try them all.

I decided to check out Jimís while on a work trip to the spokane area, and Iím glad I did. I was able to find several stop beers Iíve wanting to try for a long time, and several local beers that I had never heard of. the entire selection seemed to consist of nothing but microbrews. They also had an extensive assortment of homebrewing equipment.
The staff was content to let me browse their selection without being followed, which I like. They only asked if I needed help when I looked like I was searching for something specific, and then seemed very knowledgeable about the beers that they had. I also got to meet Jim, who seemed very friendly, and he made some suggestions about places to visit to sit and have a few pints.
If Iím ever back in the area Iíll be sure that this is the first place in Spokane I stop to pick up some beers.

Thank you wulfhere for the rating. I visited Jimís for the first time last night and it was amazing. The selection was unbelievable, and Bob gave me a free Trappist glass just for stopping in. definitely an amazing place. If you live in Spokane, you MUST see the store. Fantastic experience, and Iíll be back very soon.

The guy at Thrifty Car Rental at the airport told me about Jimís. The donít stock any BMC at all, choosing instead to offer what the other stores in the valley donít carry. I found Thomas Hardyís, Yeti, Rochefort, Westmalle, Bitburger, Stone, DFH, Shenkerla, and literally dozens more. They have a good selection of foreign beers from Polald, Chzeckoslovakia, Romania, etc. I was impressed with the quality of the beers they do carry--there isnít much crap beer here. If you visit Spokane, stop at Jimís. When he found out I was from the forbidden zone (Billings, MT), the President, Bob Ketcham, gave me a Thomas Hardyís 1987 from the goodness of his heart. How cool is that?
