The place is great. The selection is about as good as it gets in NF. The rating are really not fair because the beer laws are outdated. The staff is super friendly.

Use to frequent this place quite often years ago when I was doing a lot of homebrewing. Just got back into it a couple weeks ago and they appear to still be the best location in St. Johns. A good selection beer supplies from the beer kit in a can to grain for the all grain brewer. The staff are helpful in making selections and offering recipe ideas. With the limited beer selection in Newfoundland I decided to go back to homebrewing because anyone can do better than Molson and Labatt
