New rating: Visited on release-evening for Firestone Walker 19. Crowded but good atmosphere and nice service. This place is fantastic when in the evening, the outdoor section is amazing to spend time in. Now this is probably my new favorite beer-place in the world. Old rating: Huge but quite nice atmosphere. Crowded but not too noisy. Loads of beers, for instance I had Stone Bourbon Barrel RIS on bottle here. Lots of beers from Stone, but also a lot of guest beers. Very good, a must visit, but I actually prefer the place at Liberty Station.

Great place for spending hours sipping and talking beers, walking around, enjoying great food. I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this bistro.

We made our way over here during the middle of the day on Saturday. We had a late lunch (or early dinner), so it was about 4pm when we were seated. The place was comfortably busy. Most tables were taken up and the bar seats were mostly filled.

We were seated quickly and the staff was super, super helpful and quick. Food was well prepared and the beer came out pretty quickly with only one snag because they were replacing the keg.

Funny enough, I totally expected to be let down by the experience when we first parked, but this was like a very well run resort, perhaps even the Disney of the Craft Beer world. Draft list did not disappoint - lots of their own beers, a few harder to find ones from them and a ton of guest taps and bottles. To-go growler station was pretty awesome too.

This is a place for everyone. Incredible atmospher. Good food and beer. Huge place with great gardens to walk around and drink your beer. Also you can go on tours of the brewery or just take a look through some huge glass panels that look onto some of their brewing process. If you are in San diego and like beer you have to visit stone!

Beer loverís paradise. The food is excellent, but pricey. Excellent place to walk through the garden and enjoy a beer or two. Service is great. Large selection of Stoneís beers along with a great selection of guest taps. Must stop if youíre in the area.

Grant ambiance with wood hipster vibe. Service was snooty. Prices where huge money. Beer selection was awesome. Overall great place just save up for it.

Stone is the most beautiful brewpub I have ever been to. (Iíve literally been to about 200). The outdoor gardens are completely ridiculous. At first I was convinced that the frog noises were piped over a speaker, but after walking through the gardens we discovered they were real frogs. I cannot say enough about how completely beautiful this place is. The food was above average, and the brewery experience was interesting. Stone is a really nice restaurant and a good place to hang out with a large group of people. However, this particular brewpub isnít exactly a bastion of beer dork-ery. (Iím not talking about Stone the Brewery. Iím talking about this brewpub). This brewpub is packed with a general restaurant crowd. Itís definitely worth a quick visit, but if youíre looking to geek out theres a whole bunch of breweries right along the highway too.

The most beautiful brewpub Iíve ever been to, hands down. When you step inside you find yourself in a very large, open space that incorporates a lot of natural stone. But even more impressive are the gardens out back. Simply beautiful. I sat outside and ordered dinner. The food was good, as was the beer. The only downside was the slightly high prices, but that was not unexpected. A must see place if in the area.
