Cask (Giddy Bridge JDW, Southampton) - Copper coloured. Fruity aroma with raisins, caramel and hops. Nicely balanced taste with fruity and hoppy notes.

Jun 19, 2009 Cask in the new wheat sheaf. Alround rating: Appley yeasty character, nutty malts, near no hop character. Im guessing this was in bad nick and served 10 degrees too cold.

Jun 9, 2009 Cask at bow bar ... copper ... thin white head ... sweet fruity nose ... light dry woody toffee malts ... light bitter linger ... ok but not exciting.

Mar 23, 2009 Cask, Leicester 09. Headless dusty brown amber. Smidgen of peardrop and garden herb nose. Really clean and caramelised with bread, biscuit and herbal hop. Quietly lovely.
