Really nice light citrus hoppy aroma. Taste is excellent - surprisingly hoppy, perfectly carbonated, and a very fresh light malt. There is a ton of flavour here! One of the best bitters I have had from an Ontario brewer - keep this fresh and it will make for an excellent house beer Victory. DougShoemaker (2982), Toronto, Canada

Nose is a sweet malt with some good hops and a mild fruitiness, light amber, slim white head, bit of lace. Taste is a fruity/malt mix, like lemon gummy bears. Light bodied, pleasantly bitter, tiny tongue tingle. Very good. mabel (2719), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Clear, medium orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Bitter citrus flesh flavour has a nice citrus yeast throughout and pleasant hoppy finish. Medium body is bitter. Good balance.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 11, 2009 2009-04-03. Copper amber body with a modest off-white head. Hoppy aroma, leafy resin. Flavour is similar, with a decent amount of hoppy bitterness, modest resin and some leafy hops, brief citrus is ephemeral and missed when it leaves. Not a lot of malt to balance the hops which would matter less if the hops had more complexity. Average palate. Okay. On tap at Victory Café blankboy (3391), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 8, 2009 Draught at The Victory Café . Pours a clear yellow-orange with an average size lasting frothy white head. Aroma’s surprisingly hoppy (not that it’s really hoppy, it’s just hoppier then I expected) along with caramel malt -- simple but pleasant. Flavour tastes like this was dry-hopped, I’m mostly getting hops along with some fruit. A bit watery. Average bodied. Quite decent and better then expected. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 8, 2009 Draught. At Victory Cafe. Clear gold pour with an average creamy-frothy white head. Dry floral/herbal aroma, nicely bitter, slightly fruity. Taste folllows, a little more treefruit sweetness, well balanced against the crisp bitterness - decent carbonation, very quaffable and enjoyable. DerWeg (822), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
