Hazy and opaque amber golden with a rough, fizzy off-white head that dissipates completely in no time. Fairly neutral aroma with vegetable accents. Medium body, a little roasted malt, caramel and fruit and again some vegetable accents. Dry finish without any bitterness. Pours hazy deep orange to brown with a small off-white head. Breadish and mild roasted aroma. Breadish and caramel malt flavoured. Dry and bitter and mild fruity. Slight citric. Mild roasted and breadish finish. Bottle version was plain infected and undrinkable.
