PPRBSG 09. Pours a light copper with a thin lasting head. Aroma is grassy, floral with kicks of hoppy German spice- light crackery malts minimal sweetness. Flavor is earthy spicy with some flowery notes doughy malts, light cracker, soft bitterness and pretty fresh as a whole- the liberty in here makes this almost seem like a kellerbier or kolsch- pretty nice.

Draught in Phoenixville: This one pours a slightly hazy, orangish color. It has a small off white head that leaves some lacing. It has a lighter aroma. Mainly piney and citrus hops come through. Faint malts in the background. This has a nice flavor. Fair amount of malts in the background, and a somewhat bitter taste. Mainly pine notes, with a touch of spices. Nice.

Draught at OT. Fluffy lasting white head over a clear amber ale. Very small hop aroma for a pale ale. The hops is not big in the taste eighter but there is a defenate hop bitterness. The body don’t fully balance the bitterness.

Growler - pours a clear gold with a copper tint - impressive, soapy head/lace - a lovely, clean, highly sessionable pale ale - the solid malt base adds flavors of toasted grains, crackery character, a touch of honey - there is just enough maltiness to serve as a base for the hop, and once the bitterness comes in, those malts get out of the way, and allow the crisp, spicy character at the liberty hops to really shine - the finish is semi-dry, with lingering, mouth-watering bitterness - this is a really nice pale ale.

[Draft @ EB+B} Poured a dark red amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of grass, caramel malts, tea leaf, floral hops, and toast. Taste of citrus fruits, caramel, toasted malts, wood, and a grassy bitterness.

Growler graciously contributed by bellportbeer. Pours a clear, brilliant, slightly darkened gold. Pleasant aroma with both herbal and floral notes, leaning more towards the herbal. The flavor begins somewhat bread-like, but that is then washed over with a moderate-strong dose of bitterness that continues through the swallow and lingers for several seconds afterwards.
