Good stone fruit, very light hops. Drinkable. Quite pleasant, actually, but just not as interesting or exciting as most of their beers. Kinz (2283), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 11, 2009 Pale hazy deep yellow, slight head. Spicy aroma, reminiscent of coriander and a dash of white pepper. Flavor is pale honey accented malts, spices like what found on the nose. There is also a very faint tinge of sour acidity going on here with a citric accented finish. Nice, easy drinking saison.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 19, 2009 Bomber, I think from jrob21, who deserves another boo-yah. Acrid, lightly spicy, lightly funky (socks), big citrus nose. Pale golden pour with light carbonation and a dense, creamy, lacing white head. Taste is sweet and spicy, dries out moderately. Medium body, rounded and smooth, gentle tang, no bitterness or alcohol. Reminds significantly of my first homebrewed saison, but that had more pepper from paradise seeds and benefited greatly. A little oily, nearly lactic feel toward the end here, and though the yeast is good, it’s not spectacular. Good work-a-day saison. SSSteve (2171), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Aug 2, 2009 bottle. a cloudy gold pour under a small white head. aroma is very similar to that of a hefe with lots of fruity banana. palate is light and very sparkly with a good amount of sharp carbonation. flavor has lots of banana notes, a sour tinge, a hint of bitter hops, lemon, pineapple, a bit of spice. has quite a few nuances in the flavor, aroma was really just banana. sebletitje (2167), Tampa, Florida, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 11, 2009 Cloudy yellow brew with a bushy white head. Light grassy clove with a sussurus of mountain flowers tripping off the olfactory sensors. Feintly herbal, yet fairly uncomplex (for a saison) flavor. Whispery summer essence that leaves you desiderating for it to continue to develop. ucusty (2040), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

Hazy light pour with a thin white head and minimal lace/ Lemon and spice on the nose. Surprisingly, (well not) no typical(for the style) funky notes I’ve grown accustomed to on the the nose. Light spice, wheat, citrus, and bread. Finish’s sweet. Why do I keep buying these side projects? Note to self: Stop buying these!
