UPDATED: MAY 26, 2023 Bottle. Color: Light;y hazypale golden, no head. Aroma: Apple, apple core, funk. Taste: Apple core, apple peel. Tannins. Light to moderate tart. Very lioght sweetness. Funky hints. No carbonation. Damp cellar notes, musty. Typical Spanish Sidra. Ok.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2022 had at JT Basque restaurant in Gardnerville, Nevada. thus is probably in my top 3 ciders of all time. a weird Brett feel at times mixed with some crabapple and regular apple flavors. pairs wonderfully with the meal, including the sweetbreads. awesome cider worth the price tag. mostly dry, very little sweetness, some funk. so interesting.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2022 Bottle at the house in Martha’s Vineyard. Aged a bit over 10 years. Pours clear yellow with specks of sediment. Lightly sweet, some musty cellar, bone dry bite, subtle apple sweetness, damp wood. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Dry and musty finish, more bittersweet apples, mellow acidity. Interesting stuff.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2022 Aus der Flasche (bottled 23.06.2021) im 2022-06 getrunken. Diese hellgelbe, trübe Cider kommt schön säuerlich fruchtig mit einer leichte Note bittere Äpfel daher. Ein schöner Durstlöscher im Sommer und ein guter Begleiter zu Fisch Gerichte.

UPDATED: APR 14, 2022 2019 bottle, 'Premium'. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is green apples, tart, funk and leather. Taste is the same, pretty tart finish, some eggs/sulphur, tiny carbonation. Solid Sagardoa!

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2022 Can. Pours clear pale golden, small off white head, bubbly, limited residual. Aroma is apples and a bit of funk. Light sweet, hint of tartness. Light body.

Slightly cloudy yellow gold in color, low carbonation. Aroma of champagne, cider… Flavor is light on the cider, fairly watery and dry, lots of champagne notes, not a ton of carbonation which I feel detracts a bit… Decent at best ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2021 375ml bottle and took a few bruises attempting to pull the stupid cork out. Light cloudy gold, some bubbles but no head. Aroma of fruity sour apples with a certain aged quality to it. Taste is dry sour apples, medium sticky body, low carbonation. Fairly decent if unremarkable except for the cork from hell.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2020 Fiskåbanen 150120. Golden -yellow color with a white bubbles. Aroma is sourness, apples. Flavor is dry , apples, funk, sourness. OK cider.
