Commercial Description:
A true Winter Warmer made in homage of the season: Full-bodied and rich, deep amber in color, crowned with a creamy head, and finished with a mild bitter flush.

in bottle. chestnut color with a thick tawny head. aroma is hoppy and sweet, perhaps with a touch of vanilla. The flavor is nutty, toasty and hoppy... and sweet, with a tart flavor and tongue feel towards the middle of the flavor.

Definitely an english style brew. Lotsa malts with a slightly hoppy finish. Pretty thick palate. A nice refreshing winter brew that is high in drinkability yet not devoid of flavor.

Left over from my winter warmer binge. Tastes a little thin and watery. I like the hops, not too overpowering, but there isn’t too much else there. Not bad, but I like their IPA better.

A little lighter in mouth feel than I would expect. And for BridgePort this ones hops profile is subdued. Its still a good one

Nice deep red color...Fluffy tan head that leaves excellent lacing on the sides of my glass...Lovely floral hop aroma...Taste is slightly roasted and spicey but is followed by a crisp hop bitterness...A good seasonal very warming...Cheers Gromit another winner

Dark brown amber pour, fluffy big head, heavy lacing. Spicy fruity aroma. Fizzy, with a piny grapey flavor. Mouthfeel is thick and a little phlegmy, some spicy notes with a little bubblegum. Not bad, I’ll probably avoid in the future.

A decent, if a little bland beer. Not much aroma, not much flavor, but at least it’s not unplesant. More hoppy than malty, with a hint of spices. Mostly just a decent ale.

2004 edition: pours a dark red color, thin head but thick creamy lacing. Much like Snowcap but a little more malty and sweet, very smooth and well balanced, not as hoppy and bitter as Snowcap. A very solid Winter Brew.
