Served in a frosted Cuvee des Trolls glass that made the appearance impossible to rate. I did see a thin head that faded quick leaving a few islands. The name bottle and glass were great, I loved the design. Definate fruit in the scent and some strong hops. Very warm taste with a lot of fruit and some complex spice. Very nice.

Pours a nice hazy yellow with a thick white head that has good retention and lacing. Nice complex nose with cantaloupe, grapas liquor plus some stale DIPA notes like old strawberry cheesecake. Taste is candi sugar, booze, maple syrup. FreshHawk (186), Iowa City, Iowa / Hull UK, East Yorkshire, England

A - Hazy golden blonde color. Average to slightly below average sized off-white head.
S - Fairly light with earthy and floral scents. Hints of fruit (mostly apple).
T - Slightly sweet with the prominent flavors being fruity and yeasty flavors. A decent malt base. Slight alcohol warming. The flavors aren’t that strong or complex but they taste pretty good.
M - Medium body with average carbonation. Pretty crisp taste.
D - I think this is probably where this beer is best. The flavor is slightly sweet but there is a juicy crispness that allows this to be an easy to drink everyday type beer. ABV is the only thing really holding it back.
Note: Nothing outstanding here, but it is a nice refreshing beer. Worth a try but not really worth going to much trouble to seek it out.

Strong, but quite bland..... wimpie133 (223), Brugge, Belgium
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 5, 2010 Bottle, 33 cl. Blonde hazy beer with a medium white creamy head, fore all served in a nice glass. Aroma is herbal, spicy and... plants. Taste is light hoppy, with a light better finish, but where you have at first spices and vegetables in your mouth the beer really starts to taste like plants. Not a bad beer, but I also wouldn’t say it’s a good one, moderate is a better way to describe the beer. Getbetter (74), Cucamonga, California, USA
