Tap @ Trinity Brewing 8/10/09-Pours a dark brown with a big tan head. Aroma of alcohol, roasted malt, and smoke. Taste of sweetness, caramel, toffee, and alcohol. This full bodied brew has great balance and is tasty. Very nice.

On tap at Trinity Brewing in Colorado Springs. Color is a dark brown with good carbonation and a big thick head. Aroma is a rich malty scent. This starts with a full body that goes down with a rich creamy feel. Finish is big (almost like a Barely Wine) with rich caramel, toffee and raisins that are capped off with a faint bitterness. This is just a great brew.

(draft at the 2009 Craft Lager Festival in Manitou Springs, CO). Cloudy, dark amber color. Small tan head. Malty aroma with light sour and alcohol. Light malt, alcohol, and sour flavors. Avg duration. Slick texture. Moderate carbonation. Spare lacing.
