Bomber picked up at SL. Thanks matt for the recommendation... Poured into a snifter, hazy orange color...not much head. Good aroma of grapefruit, citrus and pine, but heavy on the grapefruit. Taste is smooth... Lots of grapefruit, pine and some citrus.. Not that bitter overall but still nice and hoppy. Texture is thin but not watery. Overall... considering you can pick this bottle up for five buck, this is a really good beer. The grapefruit taste is nice. Thanks again matt

Pours medium yellow with thick white head, settles to a 1/4 inch cap. Piney aromas carry through to taste with additional citrus pith and some biscuity malt backing it up. This beer rounds out nicely, without leaving a puckering sensation of so many other high IBU beers

Bottle from Craft and Ron’s. Pours hazy dark straw with off-white head. Nose is piney hops, tangerine, mango, cracked black pepper. Great aroma. Tastes caramel malty, with hefty tangerine, black pepper, mango, and with a very complex flavor, above average palate heft, and very well hidden alcohol. This one is outstanding.

Wow. This beer sat in my fridge for 4 months or so. Aroma is wow in your face citrus hops. Taste is very hoppy, with nice grapefruit aftertaste. Resinny and sticky mouthfeel. Quite a nice IIPA and very drinkable.

Bottle from Kenny Road Market, poured into a tulip glass. Aroma was big and hoppy; full of citrus and resin, though sweet malt presence is still detectable. The taste accentuated this balance; not quite as hoppy as I was expecting (though still a respectable amount) with a mellowing caramelly maltiness. Medium bodied. I enjoyed it.

[2769-20100219] 1pt6floz bottle. Super orange hops aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Creamy orange bitter boozy flavour has lots of hoppy orange. Medium body. Great to sample.

A golden body with a white head that had good retention and nice lace. Aroma had a nice hop note to it and some caramel too, it also seemed to have a funkyness to it. Aroma had good crisp hop notes. A good beer but nothing out of the ordinary.

Tap at Mugs. Poured a cloudy blonde amber with a white head. Big bright hop nose. Flavor is almost overbalanced. Lots of hops but the caramel malts really carry much of the flavor and add quite a bit of sweetness. Then again maybe it’s not "overbalanced ". It’s got great hop charector but the sweetness detracts from my rating. More than worthy of a try though.
