2009 Bottle - Pours clear orange with a medium off white head...aroma is grapefruit and pine resin, not a large floral component, just sticky hop...flavour is similar, massive malt on the front end, apricot, peach... it waits for the bitterness to catch up...finish is decently balanced...for the same price, I think Hop Stoopid blew this out of the water...

[2769-20100219] 1pt6floz bottle. Super orange hops aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Creamy orange bitter boozy flavour has lots of hoppy orange. Medium body. Great to sample.

A golden body with a white head that had good retention and nice lace. Aroma had a nice hop note to it and some caramel too, it also seemed to have a funkyness to it. Aroma had good crisp hop notes. A good beer but nothing out of the ordinary.

Tap at Mugs. Poured a cloudy blonde amber with a white head. Big bright hop nose. Flavor is almost overbalanced. Lots of hops but the caramel malts really carry much of the flavor and add quite a bit of sweetness. Then again maybe it’s not "overbalanced ". It’s got great hop charector but the sweetness detracts from my rating. More than worthy of a try though.

Very strong and hoppy- violent floral aroma and a lot of alcohol/ hop sting in the mouth feel. This starts out like a lighter Double basatard, but soon smooths into a really drinkable beer. Bottle from ABC Liquors, Miami.

22oz. bottle. Sweet, floral, lightly citric aroma, some fresh lemon and grapefruit along with lighter notes of pineapple, honey and wheat malt. Clear light copper color with a lasting, fine-bubbled head and thick sheets of lacing. Flavor profile is generously hoppy, bitter and fruity, with a hint of background malt sweetness and wheaty grain, finishing dry and citric with hints of lemongrass and pine. A certain tropical fruit character lingers briefly. No alcohol detected, other than its effects setting in most of the way through the bottle. Clean, lightly resinous palate, with smooth but persistent effervescence and a medium-full body. Tasty, very drinkable for such a strong IPA, and dangerous in that respect.
