The flavor had a good balance between malt and hops, although there was no specific hop character. Body and mouthfeel were thin. Overall, an interesting brew, almost like a light SN Pale Ale.

Sweet caramel and mild hopping in the nose. Taste is of caramel, bread, light brown sugar and crisp hops. Average body with muted flavoring. Nothing offensive here. Much better than their Golden Ale for sure. RasterMaster (129), , Oklahoma, USA

Aroma of malty citrus, lighly toasted biscuit and mild hops. Initial flavor of malted barley and toasted caramel malt fades into a slight hoppy bitter aftertaste. Fratto (899), Arlington, Texas, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 2, 2010 Bottle courtesy of the entire Fratto clan. Clear burnt orange color. Fair head. Smells of dirty grains and some metallic notes. Taste is consistent with the smell, with rough malts and bitter feelings. Finish is fairly watery with subpar light hops. As was quoted while we tried it, "Well it wasn’t miserable". mcox90 (702), Wilton, New Hampshire, USA

Aroma is a mix of hop and malt, both mild. Very first whiff had an odd sour aroma that quickly faded. Thin, uninspired palate with average carbonation. Flavor follows the aroma with mild hop and malt. Well balanced. Hops could have been stronger.
