12 oz bottle, which stores a liquid of deep murky brown color. A rather English aroma of pink-fleshed fruits, strawberry, maraschino cherry, roses which all seem to be a product of a wonderfully estery yeast strain. Good residual sweetness and a medium-to-full body pack a strong but subtle punch of alcohol. Nutty finish that leaves a pleasant reminder of what your palate just experienced.

Pours out of the bottle with a very nice deep copper color. The light tan head is quite large with a good mixing of different particle sizes. The aroma is sweet malt, cinnamon, and toffee. The flavor is a huge slap of toffee, with some caramel following things up. Decent hoppy bitterness. The body is medium a slight chewy. Overall not a bad beer.

Smells like raisins rum and chocoleet in a big old glass. Tastes like it too, finishes long and cocoa bitter after a solid mouthfeel. I have been drinking crap beer too much recently (been saving). More of these please.

Bottle: Spiced aroma, some corriander and carmelized sugar notes; heavy bicuitiness with a tart finish. Quite good, actually.

Dark auburn with a nice tan head. Semi-sweet aroma and a flavour that was malty with a tinge of sweetness. Nice hoppy finish. A damn good ale. Full bodied yet easy drinking.

Nice. Pours out a deep amber color with a very small white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Flavor is slightly hoppy, then over taken by the malts. has a nice fruit finish. Over all a nice brew. Something I will have again.

Bottle from Morrisons. Dark Red. Aroma of dark fruits, seaweed, toffee, oranges, butter. Firm mouthfeel, earthy bitter finish. Good stuff.

Bottle, pours a dark brown with a large foamy beige head. Mostly a caramal malt aroma, with a touch of nuts and hops. Full bodied and smooth initially, imparting sweet caramal flavours. Moves through to some bitterness and some sweeter fruit flavours before finishing slightly sour and chocolately. Pretty good, better than the version on cask.
