Feb 8, 2010 Bottle pours slight hazy yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma smells of lemon, red & green apples, coriander, white pepper, and a trace amount of barnyard. Flavor shows the same. Body is light-moderate and starts sweet, while finishing dry. Beautiful balance.

Feb 7, 2010 Bottle bonus thanks to phaleslu! Hazy (and very well carbonated pour) and a slighty off balance funky aroma. Flavor was very good, creamy orange, pepper, spices and lingered on after swallowing. Would buy this in the future.

Feb 6, 2010 750 ml. bottle. Pours an amber yellow cloud with big white head, which remains as a thin film over the beer with nice lacing. Smells of honeysuckle, yeast, apples. Taste has a marked dryness to it, though honey tones noticeable with spices, perhaps spiced apples. Carbonation pretty high and yeast surprisingly masked. As it warms i’m also noticing white grapes. A very fine belgian selection, i’m really enjoying this one.

si presenta subito benissimo alla visiva,una volta assaggiata riempie il palato con tutti i suoi sapori misti tra l’agrumato e delicatamente erbacea.
molt persistente ma forse x me troppo forte,cmq una birra da bere assolutamente

Jan 31, 2010 On draft. Incredible. Full bodied and creamy. Mostly spicy and yeasty with some earthy malts. I had not idea it was this alcoholic. Lightly bitter finish that lingers. Well carbonated but not too fizzy.

Jan 24, 2010 Bottle, 18th Jan 2010, with tashi & co at home. Cloudy, sedimented yellow with a small whitish head. Light aroma with a bit of apple, onion and coriander. Dry taste but full, smooth body. Aftertaste is warming and quite tannic.

Jan 20, 2010 Beautiful golden color with great big head. The appearance on this one blew me away. Aroma: citrus, fruits, spices, belgian yeast. Taste: Great taste, complex citrus flavours, has a herbal spice aspect that goes with the unmistakable belgian flavour. Alcohol is very well hidden, can barely taste it but leads to a nice warming affect. Beautiful, complex beer that is dangerously drinkable.
