UPDATED: NOV 9, 2023 500 ml bottle. Light clear golden with a foamy head. Grainy, grassy, citrusy, metallic. Dry metallic grainy bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry grainy bitter finish. Not great, not bad either, it's an average Kölsch.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2022 Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sweetish malt, light grainy with a hint of noble hop. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Too sweet and bland, had way better Kölsch.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2022 Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear golden colour with a large throthy white head. Light aromas of grains, hay and bread . Taste is different with notes of citrus and floral. Some grass and light earthy hops on the slightly sweet finish. A touch metallic. Thin to medium body, average carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Ok but better Kölsch out there.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2022 500ml bottle (Kaufland, Germany). Straight from the bottle. Sweet, barely, bready, spicy hops almost like white pepper, fizzy in aroma/taste.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2019 Kolsch de 4,8 % abv, avec malts d'orge et de blé, houblons plus extraits. Mon exemplaire était à 2 mois avant sa date. Couleur doré tendre, à la belle brillance. Bulles fines, en colonnes droites, peu nombreuses mais vives. Mousse blanc cassé, en couronne à la paroi. Arômes de malt clair, camomille, pomme verte. 1ère bouche au bel ensemble malt/fruits/houblons. Arrière-bouche à la belle amertume délicate. 2ème bouche qui trouve un fruité blanc bien net. Arrière-bouche longue, au bel équilibre. Longueur avec de belles saveurs fines bien liées. Jambes courtes. Alcool conforme au style, il maintient la longueur à un bon niveau. Finale très agréable, fine. CONCLUSION : une très belle kolsch, digne de sa ville et son appellation .. Elle reçoit son visa pour le carnaval … (8/3/8/3/15)
