Cask @ Porterhouse, London. Pours a slightly murky apple juice color. Aromas & taste like bad apple juice, avoid like the plague

Draft pint at the central Dublin pub; Red with a white top, this beer instantly impresses as a weak, thin and tea-flavored drink and does nothing to redeem itself. Quite disappointing. (#3682, 9/15/2009)

A Mes rate. Gravicask at the Bree Louise.
Amber colour, no head. Fruity malt aroma with some slight apple notes. Toffee and apple flavour with some faint whisky type notes. Flat as a pancake. Typical low quality serving from the Bree. Shame as the beer seems ok.

Pours a copper-ish color. Aroma is a little hoppy. Flavor is good and hoppy, which is good. Mouthfeel is a little on the light side, but thats good for a beer so hoppy. I approve.

[2146-20090515] Tap. Mild vegetation aroma, not much of anything. Clear, dark red orange body with a quick foamy white head. Mild floral water flavour with a long sweet nectar-like aftertaste. Light-medium body is very thin or flat. Very drinkable.

2009-05-15. Dark amber body with an off white/beige head. Muted aroma with a very very light layer of hops and malt. Flavour has a pleasant light bitterness over muted malt, sweet with light toasty touches. (5+) Average palate is very lightly carbonated, feels a touch dilute/thin. Could make for a decent session brew but it is just too mild to make much of an impression. On tap at the brewpub.
