Draft @ Great Basin. Pours a similar color to the Red Nose; clear, bright orange-amber color; off-white head with decent retention and patchy lacing. Enormous amounts of lavender and heavy floral notes in the nose; oily, dense, explosive lavender with hints of a peppery saison underneath; brash, but I like it; slightest hints of alcohol. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: white pepper, lavender, and some spiciness and Belgian esters; a big, messy, oily beer; heavy amounts of lavender and flowers; slightly abrasive, lots of white pepper, solid carbonation. Very strange, generous beer. Lasting finish: lavender, oily floral notes, some toastiness.
