Commercial Description:
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.

Appearance: initial head is average and creamy, white and with good lacing; mostly diminishing. Cloudy and thick body, dark yellow hue. Aroma: banana, dough, little vanilla and clove, moderate yeast. Initial flavor: moderate sweet and light acidic. Final flavor: light sweet and acidic; short duration. Palate: light-medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation and slightly chalky finish. It tastes like a cake made of banana, vanilla and cinnamon.

On tap. Cloudy and yellow. Relatively spicy for a German wheat beer. Very well built and almost flawless, if not as flavorful as Denisons’.

16.9oz. Very hazy golden/light amber, small head with good retention, minor lacing. Strong banana and wheat aroma. Light banana flavor, light-medium sourness, bit bold overall. Medium body, very slick texture, high carbonation.

Bottle 500ml. Great heffeweizen. Aroma has apple, grain, and earth. Taste is sweet, with a hint of sourness, and a mildly bitter finish. Palate is silky, with a thin-to-medium body. Cloudy yellow in the glass, with a frothy white head.

In bottle; pours a nice golden color. Aroma of citrus and spice. Very good tast; notes of citurs/orange and spice, very creamy tongue feel. A very good weissbier

this pours a cloudy golden orange color with a fluffy white head, the aroma is of bread and malt, plus earthy aromas i cant really pick out... the taste is alittle malty, and other flavors that again i cant put my finger on, but overall for a hefe weissen that im not a big fan of, its pretty good

Pours out cloudy and pale orange yellow with a pretty decent head. Light fluffy foam. Tastes of banana chips, lemon grass, a little black pepper but just a hint, bready, and yeasty. Pretty good stuff. Probably the best Hefe I’ve ever had. Really a very good, exceptional beer for a style that usually isn’t my favorite.

Draft @ De Paas in the Hague. Hazy dark yellowish brown, medium head. Hoppy, lemony aroma, creamy and full. Full flavour of lemon, hops, grass, hints of fruit. Very nice, kind of an all year round Belgian White (Witbier).
