courtesy of Philipp Sigg and Thomas Schneider - pours a hazy pale orange colour under a persistent white foam; nice lace; the aroma is dusty with notes of orange peels and pear; medium to full malt backbone; effervescent and with a fair sweetness; no bitterness but some astringent sourness; some residual sugars in a yeasty, fruity and honeyish finish - pretty good
