22 ounce bomber purchased at BevMo in Vacaville. Aroma is heavy on the malts with some candied sweetness present as well as some toastiness. Hops are faint...maybe a little cattiness. I have no clue about the age of this bottle. Nice transparent copper-orange body with a medium head that is long-lasting. SWeet, chewy, husky malt flavors dominate the start. Some nutty notes in the middle before some nice, spicy, piney, grapefruit hop flavors appear. Creamy, well-balanced and drinkable. Lack of aromatic hops hurts the score.

Tap@Brewpub. Herbal, light nutty and malty aroma. Amber colour, beige head, good lace. Malt sweet, bitter, herbs, grassy finish. Medium and soft body. Powerful yet easy going.

Bottle. Pours a nice clear reddish amber. Slight pinesol in the nose, some kuted hops. Taste is clean and pleasant, but the flavors are just kind of muted. This was enjoyable but not really great by any stretch. Thanks Alex!

Bomber. Hazy orange pour with a small white head and pretty good lacing. Pine and floral hops, albeit somewhat faded, and caramel. Flavor was floral, some bitterness, and a bit of caramel sweetness.

Pours with a small off-white head over a gazed orange body. Good lace left by the head. Aroma of tangy, orange, pacific northwest hops, sticky caramel and some grainy malt. Taste is malty with a bitter, lingering finish. Bittered orange taste, and slightly soggy malts. Creamy-ish mouthfeel, light bubbles.

bottle. Pours a clear, deep burnished copper color, small half inch of thick chunky white head that stays around forever. Muted, almost nonexistent aroma- some light notes of pine and faint toasted caramel. Flavor starts with sharp, earthy bitterness. Following the nose, notes of pine resin; some fresh cut marigolds and other floral notes, dry semi-sweet toasted malts. Malt shows some nutty notes as well. Palate is light and clean, with nothing lingering on the aftertaste. Decent beer, but seems much closer to an ESB as opposed to an IPA. Decent, but does not achieve it’s aim.

Pours deep amber into a shaker. Off-white micro head meringues and islands leaving spotted sheets. Sweet caramel and grapefruit aromas. Thin yet crisp - grapefruit and resin. Mild alcohol in the dry finish.

22 oz. bottle served in shaker- poured half transparent copper orange color, low carbonation, extremely thin ring of white bubbles around the edge of the glass and wisps atop the liquid surface for a head. Aroma of floral and citrus, malt, and- oh yeah, hops. Hits the mouth with a very enjoyable high-medium body, malt laced with a faint sweetness initially greets you but that hop wave comes rolling in, holds up well in the middle, acidic and slightly bitter finish. Solid brew- and it killed my hop desire I had as of late.
