First sip is big vinegar tartness, but quickly fades into a well-done blend of earthy bordeaux wine and the sour cherries again. Definitely a beer that screams for food. mspindler (385), Alta Loma, California, USA

But when I think back at our tasting from this beer, we both (me and a friend, who also likes to taste different beers) were very disappointed. I can’t say it was "bad", but I’ve other toughts about a good beer. We gonna try this beer one day again, just to make sure we didn’t just got some bad bottles. Nena (234), Seattle, Washington, USA

Aroma is a fruity tartness and balsamic vinegar, plus a slightly floral note. The flavor has a grape and wine-like quality. This has a nice layered complexity as you drink it, beginning with the balsamic sweetness and the grape, moving to the sourness, and finishing with a dry woodiness. Big taste of sour cherries, some vinegar. Sourness, acidity is very refreshing. This was my first sour ale and I really enjoyed it.
