Small fizzy-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, mild vinegar, oak, sour red berries, soda powder, hay, minerals, berry skin, funky sour mountain cranberries. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, sour grass, minerals, sour red berries, sorrel, fruit stones, oak, yeast. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Deep red amber golden, hazy, minimal white head. Light+ sweetness, light bitterness, medium sour, taste is red berries, lemon juice, red currents, cherries, hints of blue plums and wood. Medium body, soft carbonation, medium long finish with dark red fruits and beautiful tartness. Fantastic complex beer, love it!

Zero slodkosci tylko pelna kwasna nuta, nieco owocowosci zurawine ktora nie wnosi slodkosci tylko poteguje te wytrawna kwasnosc. No powiem ze smialo moze konkurowac z prawdziwymi zacnymi belgijskimi lambickami. Wyglad najslabszy zero piany ale w tym stylu to norma, herbaciana barwa metnosc spora na zakonczenie. Smak ostry i szorstki i napewno nie dla poczatkujacych. Polecam to piwo ale czy wytrzymacie i zniesiecie to?
