COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HaandBic is our first beer in the style of a fruit iambic with added red currents and Lingonberry. We have naturally also added a lambic style yeast blend incl bacteria and yeast of different types. Then this concoction has been aged in oak barrels for almost 18 months. The beer gets its tartness from both berries and the concoction we added. It will most certainly develop further given time

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2021 This is a backlog rating from 2014 on draft at Ei8ht Ball, from notes. When I had this beer it was average to below average for the style and not something I wanted to have again or I just didn't get back to my notes because of my technology at the time, work and/or family. Words to describe this beer are tart dart fruit, berries, sour and acidic, oak, mostly flat.
